in-home Personal training
I come to you! We'll workout at your home, office, or nearby park - whatever is most convenient for you. Why deal with the inconvenience of driving to a crowded, noisy gym full of sweaty guys grunting and slamming weights? Let's maximize your time and effort so you can get the results you want, when and where you want!
After a thorough fitness assessment, I design a customized exercise program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Your program will include cardiovascular and resistance training to make your healthier, stronger, and feeling better than ever!

I offer results-oriented training & coaching that meets you where you are and progresses you to the next level!
What does it mean to be trauma-informed?
It means considering that most people have encountered difficult experiences in their lives, and because of these experiences, people will have different needs. I do my best to ask the right questions, listen, and adjust based on those needs.
Sometimes the painful emotions or memories from the experiences get stored in our bodies. When we start moving or engaging with our bodies, these emotions and memories can arise.
If emotions or memories come up in the course of our session, that is ok. We can meet that experience together, without judgement, and with curiosity.
Exercise can be medicine, and moving through stuck, painful energy, is just one of its many benefits!
The world is the great gymnasium where we come to make ourselves strong.
